Web Hosting FAQ: Administrative Information
How do I upgrade to another Colorado Web Hosting plan?
Send
email to hosting@coloradowebhosting.com
and be sure to mention the domain name of the account you wish to
upgrade. You can also change this through the "Account Profile"
section of the domain control
panel.
We will upgrade your account and pro-rate billing based on the unused
portion of monthly rates collected in advance. The upgrade does
not affect your current account, except for the new features available
to you.
How
can I update my account contact information?
You
can change your billing address, email address and any other contact
info with us and with Network Solutions by e-mailing us with the changes
at hosting@coloradowebhosting.com.
We will handle notifying Network Solutions of the changes for you.
Why
is my "contact email address" important?
Your
email address is important in two ways:
It
is the contact address for Network Solutions' record of
your domain
and any communication from Network Solutions regarding your
domain will come to this email address. It is important
that Network Solutions be
able to reach you regarding your domain; not keeping your email
address current with Network Solutions may cause delays
in changes you
might wish to make to your domain name record.
It
is the email address we use to contact our hosting clients
with
important messages, and it is also the address through which
any changes to your account must be made.
Can
I change my FTP userid and password?
You
cannot change your User ID. But, you may change your password. Please
e-mail us your new password, or request that we assign you a new
one or change it in the the domain
control panel. Be sure to include your domain name, current
User ID and Password and send the request to: support@coloradowebhosting.com.
This request must come from the "contact email address"
for the account.
How
can I contact Colorado Web Hosting directly?
We
make every effort to be as accessible as a fast-growing company
on the Internet can be. You can reach us during business hours at
the number: (303) 508-7686.
When
you call us, if you are routed to voice mail, please leave us a
message. We do return calls. Please include your name, your domain
name or host number, your telephone number, and your email address
in the message.

of addresses.
How
will I be billed for Network Solutions charges?
Network Solutions
will bill Colorado Web Hosting for your domain name, and we in turn
will bill you directly. This allows us to resolve any
issues with the domain name registration without bothering you.
Who
can I contact for billing questions?

regarding Invoicing and Payment Procedures should be referred to
