Due
to the potentially destructive and detrimental effects of CGI scripts,
Colorado Web Hosting has established the following guidlines governing
the user of CGI scripts on its servers.
CGI-BIN
scripts submitted for placement on Colorado Web Hosting's Web servers
can only be used by current Colorado Web Hosting customers and associated
with links on their local sites. Any outside links to your CGI-BIN
scripts (without prior approval) will be considered justifiable
cause for your notification of the deletion of the said script from
the CGI-BIN directory.

Web Hosting's technical staff reserves the right to review all CGI-BIN
script files for proper formatting of system resource paths, security
holes that may cause harm to the functioning or data of the server,
and other logistical considerations such as testing the script to
note the amount of system resources taken up or used by said submitted
program.

Web Hosting reserves the right to refuse to allow executable any
file(s) considered by its technical staff to be one of the following:
- Nonfunctional
- Hazardous
to the present system configuration
- Requiring
what is determined to be an excessive amount of system resources
- Created
with the intention of probing or making unauthorized system calls
to the server
- Copyrighted
material not authorized for public use
- Anything
associated with an illegal activity as prescribed by the laws
of the United States of America and the city and state of Denver,
CO USA.

Web Hosting is not liable for any system faults or unintentional
deletes of CGI-BIN files due to mishaps, system failure or acts
of God. Backup copies of all scripts and associated files are the
responsibility of the submitter, site owner or administrator.
